You consent to receive text messages from VLS by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages during the engagement/onboarding process, either by checking the SMS consent box on our Engagement Letter or intake form, or by verbally agreeing during a call with our staff. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from VLS.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies by matter and is tied to case milestones or billing events rather than sent on a recurring basis. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

General Terms

VLS provides forensic accounting and litigation support services and does not guarantee the availability or timeliness of any text message due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues. VLS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time. These Terms & Conditions do not alter the terms of any separate engagement letter or written agreement between you and VLS.
